This four-day camp is designed for field players who want to sharpen their skills, build confidence, and gain valuable game experience. Each session combines focused instruction with live play, giving athletes the opportunity to immediately apply new techniques in a competitive environment. Players will develop their fundamentals, stick skills, lacrosse IQ, and overall understanding of the game while training alongside coaches and teammates in a fun, challenging setting.
Ages: 8-16 years
Required Equipment: Helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, mouthpiece, athletic cup, and stick.
All players should bring a squeeze-type water bottle.
