Building Better Athletes

Success isn’t measured by wins alone. It’s measured by the growth, confidence, and character each player develops along the way.

Building Better Athletes

Success isn’t measured by wins alone. It’s measured by the growth, confidence, and character each player develops along the way.

ORGANIZATION > TEAM > TEAMMATES > SELF

At IM3 Lacrosse, our philosophy is simple: the strongest teams are built by players who understand they are part of something bigger than themselves. We encourage every athlete to put the organization first, their team second, their teammates third, and their own personal interests last.

This mindset creates more than better lacrosse players. It builds trust, accountability, and a culture where athletes learn to support one another, celebrate each other’s successes, and work toward a common goal. Those lessons extend far beyond the field, helping players develop the character and leadership skills that will serve them throughout their lives.

EVERY PLAYER MATTERS

Player development is measured by more than goals scored or games won. Every athlete deserves the opportunity to build stronger skills, sharpen their lacrosse IQ, compete with confidence, and become the kind of teammate others want beside them. Real progress comes from consistent effort, quality coaching, and a commitment to improving every day.

Our goal isn’t to create the biggest club or promise the fastest path to success. It’s to provide every player with the coaching, opportunities, and support they need to reach their greatest potential, wherever that journey leads.

OPPORTUNITY & EXPECTATIONS

Club lacrosse has created more opportunities for players than ever before. It has also created higher expectations and, in some cases, unrealistic ones. Many organizations suggest that a player’s future depends on joining a particular club or following a specific path. Years of coaching at both the college and high school levels have shown us that player development is driven by work ethic, commitment, coachability, and consistent improvement—not by the logo on a jersey. We don’t make promises that can’t be upheld. Instead, we promise honest guidance, quality coaching, and every opportunity for players to improve, compete, and pursue their goals.

WHY 99?

The number 99 is woven into the culture of IM3 Lacrosse. You’ll see it on our apparel, hear it in our team huddles, and find it at the heart of everything we do. It represents our commitment to the ninety-nine percent of athletes who deserve outstanding coaching, encouragement, and opportunities to grow, regardless of where their lacrosse journey leads. While we’re proud to help players pursue collegiate opportunities, our measure of success has never been defined by the one percent. It’s defined by helping every player become the best athlete, teammate, and person they can be.

"Success is the doing, not the getting; in the trying, not the triumph. Success is a personal standard, reaching for the highest that is in us, becoming all that we can be. If we do our best, we are a success."

- Zig Ziglar

WHAT MAKES IM3 UNIQUE?

As both a college coach and the Director of IM3 Lacrosse, I’ve had the opportunity to see athletes develop through many different programs and experiences. One lesson has remained constant: a player’s future is shaped far more by their work ethic, coachability, and commitment than by the name of the club they represent. That’s why IM3 has never been built around promises or shortcuts. It has been built around honest coaching, meaningful player development, and creating opportunities for every athlete to reach their greatest potential. If our players leave IM3 with stronger skills, greater confidence, and a lifelong love for the game, we’ve accomplished exactly what we set out to do.
