CJ Adams
CJ played for Coach Lefever at Manheim Township before continuing his career as a four-starter and three-year Captain at Lebanon Valley College. CJ has been a part of the iM3 Lacrosse staff since its inception.
Nate Boyer
Nate was a four-year starter for Garden Spot and is a graduate of the iM3 Lacrosse program ('21). Nate just completed his freshman year at Penn State University.
Todd Boyer
Todd has been a fixture of Lancaster County lacrosse for the past fifteen years. After playing club lacrosse at Millersville University, Todd has played an integral part in building the Garden Spot Lacrosse program. He's been a HS Head Coach for 4 years, a U12 and U14 coach for 11 years and the Youth Boys Director for 10 years. Currently, he's an assistant HS coach for Garden Spot HS.
Evan Crawford
Evan was recognized as a US Lacrosse Academic All-American while playing lacrosse at Warwick High School. Evan was a starting midfielder and Captain for Division III Lebanon Valley College from 2018 - 2021. He is an assistant coach for Lebanon Valley College in addition to teaching in the Lebanon School District.
Nick DiPiano
Nick was an assistant coach at Conestoga Valley HS before being tabbed as the Head Coach. In two years, Nick has taken the program to new heights. Prior to coaching, Nick was a starting goalie for Great Valley HS and Eastern University.
Kyle Gettz
Kyle is the Head Coach for Cedar Cliff High School. Kyle was a four-year starter at midfield for Coatesville Area Senior High School before playing club lacrosse at Bloomsburg University. Prior to taking the reigns at Cedar Cliff, Kyle spent years coaching youth lacrosse in the Cumberland Valley, Central Dauphin and Central Dauphin East programs.
Connor Helm
Connor coaches face off personnel at all levels in the program. Connor graduated from LaSalle College High School and is the starting FOGO for Division III Franklin & Marshall College.
Max Kaehler
Max grew up playing high school lacrosse in California before playing goalie at Dominican University. Max recently relocated to the Central PA area after handling the defensive responsibilities and strength and conditioning program at the collegiate level.
Dylan Klemas
Dylan coaches face off personnel at all levels in the program. Dylan played at Garden Spot before continuing his playing career at the Pennsylvania College of Technology.
Jake Kocher
Jake played at Cedar Cliff High School and is currently playing at Division III Lebanon Valley College.
Rich Lefever
Defensive Coordinator for Division III Franklin & Marshall College, Director of iM3 Lacrosse, Director of Lacrosse for Spooky Nook Sports, and a local educator.
Mason Lefever
Mason played for Manheim Township and is a graduate of the iM3 Lacrosse program ('21). Mason just completed his freshman year as a starting midfielder for Widener University and earned MAC Academic Honor Roll Honors as well.
Mike McConomy
Mike is the Head Coach for Lampeter Strasburg High School. Coach Mac brings a wealth of knowledge and coaching experience as a former assistant coach at Wellesley High School, Radnor Middle School, as well as the Head Coach at Kennett High School. In only his second year at the helm, Coach Mac guided the LS program to new heights and a history-making season by advancing to the PIAA State Semifinals.
Mark McCracken
Mark is a twenty-year high school football coach in addition to being a US Lacrosse certified coach with years of coaching experience in the Hempfield Lacrosse Club. In addition to coaching, Mark is currently an Assistant Principal at the Lancaster County Career & Technology Center after twenty years of teaching in the School District of Lancaster.
Isaac Nafsziger
Isaac played at Penn Manor High School where he was recognized as a 2nd Team All-LL Attackman. Isaac is a graduate of the iM3 Lacrosse program ('22) and will continue his athletic and academic career at Hood College.
Bryan Naranjo
Bryan is the Head Coach at Garden Spot High School and has played an integral part in building the Garden Spot Lacrosse program. He coached youth lacrosse for six years and was a varsity assistant lacrosse coach for four years before transitioning to becoming the Head Coach.
Eddie Newman
Eddie was a standout player for Manheim Township and just completed his sophomore year as a starting midfielder for Division III Ursinus College. In addition to his success on the field, Eddie earned Centennial Conference Academic Roll Honors.
Nick Reedy
Nick is coaching goalies at all levels within the iM3 Lacrosse program. He was the starting goalie for Warwick High School and a graduate of the iM3 Lacrosse program ('21). Nick just completed his freshman year at the University of Tennessee.
Connor Rowe
Connor played at Penn Manor High School before continuing his career at Division III Elizabethtown College. After several years of coaching, Connor returned to his alma mater and just completed a successful first year as Head Coach.
Jake Snyder
Jake is the Head Coach at Governor Mifflin High School. He played college lacrosse at Division III Elizabethtown College where he was a four-year defensive starter and a two-time captain for the Blue Jays. Jake was the Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Daniel Boone Area HS for six years, and was the Berks County Lacrosse Coach of the Year in 2017, before returning to his alma mater for the 2022 season.
Jared Thomas
Jared played defense at Lampeter Strasburg HS before continuing his education at West Chester University. Following graduation, Jared returned to his alma mater as the U14 Head Coach for the Lampeter Strasburg program.
Director, Rich Lefever
Rich Lefever was inducted into the 2017 US Lacrosse Hall of Fame as one of six inaugural members representing Central Pennsylvania.
Coach Lefever started the iM3 Lacrosse Club to assist the Central PA region and its players with its rapid growth of lacrosse. iM3 Lacrosse provides instruction through camps, clinics, private lessons and small group lessons. Additionally, iM3 Lacrosse offers multiple levels of club lacrosse teams with learning opportunities throughout the year.
In a continued pursuit to grow the game of lacrosse through quality instruction and programming, Coach Lefever became the Director of Lacrosse at the Spooky Nook Sports Complex in 2014. Since his hire, Spooky Nook has become the hub for Central PA lacrosse instruction and league play.
In 2018, Coach Lefever joined the coaching staff at Franklin & Marshall College, one of the top lacrosse programs in Division III. In 2020, Coach Lefever accepted the position as the Defensive Coordinator for the Diplomats. In his first season on the defensive side of the field, F&M finished ranked #6 in the Division III rankings with the #1 ranked defense in the Centennial Conference. In addition, Coach Lefever produced (2) defensive All-American players and a program record (6) defensive players on the All-Conference list.
From 2012-2017, he was the Offensive Coordinator for DIII Elizabethtown College. In six seasons, he coached twelve All-Conference and four NCAA All-American offensive players, was recognized as the 2015 Conference Staff of the Year and was a 2017 NCAA Tournament qualifier for the first time in program history.
Prior to coaching college lacrosse, Coach Lefever started the Manheim Township K-12 lacrosse program and built it into a powerhouse in Pennsylvania. During his tenure, he led the Blue Streaks to 5 Section Championships, 4 League Championships, 4 consecutive PIAA District Championships, 3 appearances in the PIAA State Semi-Finals and 2 appearances in the PIAA State Championships. During his tenure, he helped lacrosse move from a club sport to being recognized as a school sport at Manheim Township and helped oversee the transition of lacrosse to an officially recognized sport of the PIAA.
In eleven years at the high school level, Lefever produced 17 High School All-Americans, 85 All-League players, 38 All-District players, 12 District Players of the Year, as well as, the National Record Holders for Most Points in a Career (589) and Most Goals in a Season (118). For all his achievements, Coach Lefever was named Coach of the Year 5 times.
